I left to study at the RCA at the end of August and didn’t take any winter clothing with me; I went looking for some second-hand winter clothing and I bought this heavy sweater from Camden Rock for moving around freezing London. I was wearing it and waiting on a underground platform when an old English lady approached me and commented that the knitted pattern seemed like an old English style and she seemed happy and nostalgic about it; I remember talking to her fondly about many things.
