‘Why do you create?’ That was the question I was constantly asked, and I always had ‘why’ in my mind during my days at the RCA.
There were no restrictions on ‘what’ or ‘how’ we make, and with the support of a cross-departmental network, I could shape anything.
Now, 29 years later, I work as a doctor. In retrospect, I think that the experience of finding out “I can follow my heart and pursue my ‘why'” has led me to where I am today.
